One of the World’s Best Food Festivals
The scenic Fort York National Historic Site is where we pitch our tents for one of the best global food festivals, Taste of Toronto.
We transform Fort York into a foodie dreamland for four summer days of enjoying cuisine, tasty beverages and plenty of live entertainment. A variety of the city’s best restaurants offer up their finest cuisine in an al fresco feast. Not to be outdone, over 70 producers of the best food, drinks and premium brands offer up their best in a bountiful food market, and that makes our incredible food festival one not to be missed.
The festival operates in similar fashion to a restaurant with services for both lunch and dinner. The festival comprises six half-day sessions, each of which lasts from four to five hours, and offer our guests plenty of time to enjoy their choice among our many restaurant dishes, take a stroll through the food market as well as peruse the many beautiful creations of local artisans. Also not be missed are many other attractions, such as the Taste Theatre, master classes and the music stage.

Taste of Toronto offers up the true flavours of the local food scene. Partake in signature dishes from the finest restaurants in the GTA. You’ll be able to learn the tricks of the trade from world-class chefs, as well as sample gourmet food and beverages, in a single, central location. For both the well-fined gourmand as well as those new to the foodie scene, and even those just looking for a good time with good friends, Taste of Toronto has something for everyone.

Food lovers will find themselves well indulged with choices among over 40 of Toronto’s latest and greatest restaurants at the Taste of Toronto Festival. You’ll have the chance to create your own perfect tasting menu with 54 teaser-sized signature dishes available.
